Subject: Vehicle Insurance Sat Dec 12, 2009 8:14 pm

I was lead to believe that cars that are uninsured would be towed from the parking garage. There are numerous vehicles that have no visible insurance or expired insurance that are a liability to those that do insure their vehicles. What will be done to rectify this issue?
