[Q] Balcony Problem

I'm living in 3rd floor, and I found some problem at my balcony.

If someone who lives above my unit uses some water at his or her balcony for cleaning or gardening,
that water come into my balcony so I can stay at my balcony.

There is gutter at 4th floor unit's balcony, but there is some space between balcony and gutter
so the water come into my balcony through that space.

Please let me know how can I solve that problem.
