Recycling/Garbage area

Hi everyone.

I would like to comment on our recycling/garbage area. I have noticed on every single trip to dispose of my garbage and sort my recycling, that others have not taken the time to sort theirs properly. I don't want to call people in our building lazy, but it seems like many people here are just tossing things in wherever they feel like it. It only takes a few minutes at the most to sort you paper, cans, bottles,cardboard, etc and put them into the right bins. The recycling company has refused to pick up some of our bins on many occasions because of contamination and mixing of items. I have also seen on many occasions, piles of used clothes, appliances, tv, mirrors and other assorted junk piling up inside this area. This is not a drop off area. I know that putting a camera in this area would be another cost to us, but we need more action on these issues. I propose more signs inside and outside the doors to remind people to sort their recycling/waste properly. Thank you.
