Wall de-humidifier switch/timer buzzing sound

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed a buzzing sound coming from the wall switch for the de-humidifier (ours is found in the laundry closet)? Ours just started on friday and I can't get it to stop. It stills works, the fan will turn on if the timer is set, just the buzzing is quite loud. Any suggestions? Do I contact the property manager?

Are you able to turn the timer off?
I don't think the property manager would take care of this.

managed to turn the power off and tighten all the connections...it's been better for a fews days now, so we'll see. Thanks
