We had the same issue with the bathroom faucet. The cartridge was cracked and had to be replaced. It was still under warranty.

Does any one know how to replace the part? I tried myself but got stuck, as I can't remove the old part from the faucet. It's for second bath, Tower Tech 12601.

I can't describe the part other than to say it's cylinder-shaped with a narrow end that connects to the faucet handle and on the other end has two chambers for the cold and hot water to flow through.

I'll pay $20 if you can replace it for me. Thanks.
