when the cleaners arrive to wash the windows on June 4/5 can they also power wash our patio decks? residents on the 2nd to 4th floors do not have faucets outside for a hose to do it themselves.

You cannot power wash the deck. See another thread in the forum:

Our maintenance manual says never to use a pressure washer to clean the exterior cladding because excessive water pressure can cause damage to the surface of the cladding and/or force water into the wall cavity behind.
Page 19 suggests we use mild soap and water to clean the decks.

The strata will address this issue in the coming minutes.

We will discuss if we can set up a day where ecah floor can wash their patio on Aug 31.
