AGM-NEW BUSINESS

HI Everyone,

I attended tbe AGM here at Cortina. Many items were presented under New Business. To date, nothing has been done or scheduled.

The gutters are overflowing causing water to run down the side of the building above the doorway. Huge streams coming down onto the lower patios.
Trees need trimming. Quote has already been taken.
Door from courtyard is still slamming shut. Residents can minimize this by closing gently but no one seems to care.
No smoking signs around the doorways should be put up. I'm getting tired of finding butts all around the doors and pathway.
Residents on upper floors should be reminded not to wash or sweep their patios and let it fall to the bottom floor residents. They should be fined if repeat offenders.

These are some of the ongoing issues that have not been dealt with. Why are important items being neglected for months, or years until they become a major financial problem?
