Smoking in underground parkade

There have been several cigarette buts found in P2 near the last set of stalls (stalls 29-31).

This practice is highly unsafe and illegal. I have smelled smoke on more than one occasion, and even caught a male smoking by a vehicle. When I confronted him he he just walked away. He did not appear to speak english, so I don't think he understands the seriousness of his actions.

This cannot continue !!!!

We need to post signs with a "No Smoking" symbol.
