Second coat of paint? Empty
PostSubject: Second coat of paint?   Second coat of paint? Icon_minitimeMon Mar 26, 2012 5:13 am

Are the painters planning on applying a second coat of paint in the hallways and stairwells? It looks unfinished and they did a poor job of blending.

Second coat of paint? Empty
PostSubject: Painting or patching?   Second coat of paint? Icon_minitimeMon Apr 09, 2012 11:03 pm

I also would like to know when the painter will finish the work. Yes, finish the work. I thought the approved spending for common area painting is to repaint the entire wall and not patching only on several spots?

If the plan is only to patch the paint, there is no way new paint will ever match the old one even if the paint 'colour formula' is exactly the same. Old paint has dust cover and colour shade thru time.
